5pm.co.uk – 2001 Regional Winner
5pm is the UK's leading free online restaurant reservation operation, offering restaurateurs the opportunity to fill seats that would otherwise be empty. 5pm operates in over 1000 restaurants across the UK.
Highland Innovation Centre – 2000 Winner
John Logie Baird Award for Innovation 2000 was awarded to the Highland Innovation Centre for the design and development of a novelelectronicstethoscope.

Plade Ltd – 1999 Regional Winner
Winner of the Established Firms category was Plade Ltd. The Barrhead based Company headed by Gregor Egan, designed a method for disinfecting medical equipment used in non-invasive surgery which avoids any risk of injury to medical staff.
